Germaine has lived in the northern Virginia area for over 25 years. In 1987, she joined the firm of Sutherland, Asbill & Brennan, LLP, in Washington, D.C., as an accounting assistant. In time, she was promoted to accounting manager.
In 1997, she joined the firm of Boring & Pilger, PC, in Vienna, Virginia, and assumed the duties of office manager/bookkeeper. In 2004, Germaine left the workforce to be a full-time mom to her daughters. With both daughters getting older, Germaine jumped back into the workforce in April 2014 when she joined Powell Radomsky, PLLC, and helped them open their doors.
